By booking a bay, you (the customer) and your party,

accept the venue’s terms and conditions in full.

  1. General
    1. Introduction: These terms and conditions govern the use of Twisted Tee’s
      TrackMan simulator bays, the putting course, and all services provided within the facility.
    2. Responsible use: Patrons are expected to use the facility and equipment
      responsibly, following all safety guidelines provided.
    3. Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
    4. Customer will be responsible and liable for any reckless damages caused to the premises.
    5. Extra care must be taken when swinging golf clubs to safeguard injury,
      specifically:

      1. Practice swinging within the bay on the golf mat only
      2. One person within the bay at any one time during a player’s swing
      3. Be mindful of structural posts, bay dividers, tables, PC cabinets, overhead lights, etc. within the bay area
    6. Management reserves the right to govern the use of all golf facilities as
      deemed necessary.
  1. Booking and Reservations
    1. Booking Process: Bookings can be made online through our website, on the
      phone with a Twisted Tee Golf service member, or in-person at the facility.
    2. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking.
    3. Cancellations and Credits: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance for a full credit to be applied to the customer account. Failure to cancel outside of that 12 hour period may result in a cancellation fee.
      1. Management reserves the right to revoke any booking or refuse entry.
      2. Management reserves the right to change which simulator bay is reserved.
  2. Equipment Use
    1. TrackMan Simulators: Patrons are responsible for using the TrackMan
      simulators in a safe and respectful manner. Any damage caused due to misuse will be the responsibility of the patron.
    2. Footwear: Only non-marking indoor sports shoes are permitted. No metal golf spikes or outdoor shoes are allowed.
    3. Club use: Patrons may bring their own clubs. Please ensure that the clubs are clean and free of dirt.
      1. Otherwise, there will be rental clubs available to utilize during your
        scheduled bay time.
      2. Rental clubs must be returned to the front desk. Management reserves the right to charge for any golf clubs lost or damaged.
    4. Ball use: Twisted tee will provide balls to use in the simulator bays. This is to
      ensure the balls are clean, free of markings that may discolor the impact
      screen, and free of cuts or scuffs such that the impact screens are not damaged during play.

      1. Removal of golf balls or other items within the Twisted Tee Golf property is strictly prohibited, and all associated costs will be charged back to the patron.
  3. Conduct and Safety
    1. Patrons are expected to conduct themselves in a safe and respectful
      This is a family facility, and those in violation will be asked to vacate the premises.
    2. No smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the facility. This
      includes tobacco and marijuana products.
    3. Drugs: Any form of illegal substances is strictly prohibited
    4. Alcohol: Alcohol is sold onsite. So no outside food or beverages can be brought with you to the facility unless previously approved by the owners.
  4. Liability
    1. Liability Waiver: Patrons acknowledge that they are participating in activities at their own risk and release Twisted Tee Golf from any liability for injuries or damages incurred during their visit.
      1. This includes all car park areas
  5. Privacy Policy
    1. Data Collection and Protection: We may collect personal information for
      booking and marketing purposes. We will not share or sell this information to
      third parties
    2. Security: We take measures to secure your personal information and ensure it is not misused.
  6. Changes to Terms and Conditions
    1. Amendments: Twisted Tee Golf reserves the right to amend these terms and
      conditions at any time.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our services.
